For all of Obama's Failures, and trust me he has MANY MANY MANY Failures. I don't understand why anyone would want Romney either. I think its a case of the Devil you know, versus The Devil you don't.

Romney won't release his tax returns,
Has Money hidden away in foreign Countries,
has repeatedly shown his elitist attitudes towards the middle class and the poor, "I am not concerned about the poor"

Do you really think this man deserves to be president??

During the GOP convention, neither of the Bushes were there, Dick Chaney wasn't there, Rumsfeld wasn't there, Carl Rove wasn't there, Tom Delay wasn't there and Sarah Palin wasn't there. But Obama has gotten Bill Clinton to do tv ads for him. How many people (GOP especially) hate Bill Clinton. But you don't see the Bushes up shilling for Romney do you???

Please do not think this is a post in favor of Obama, He has been a failure as a president. But I can't say that if you put Romney he is going to do one whit better!

It's a reference to Clint's "empty chair" speech. It's not a funny joke, but that's the explanation.

I cant stand that latest Obama ad with Clinton either.. but i guess he is more respected of the Presidents that have come thru in the last few decades.. for his social policies (not for his indiscretions).. No one respects Bush, especially jr.. Romney having the Bushes shilling for him would be the biggest stupidest political mistake in recent history.. and Romney isnt that stupid! Instead Romney had Clint Eastwood shilling for him.. and the jury is still out on if that was smart shilling or not..

EXACTLY my point. Bush Jr. is seen as the real cause of most of our problems, He spent Clinton's Surplus like a Sailor on a drunk, Got us involved in two wars because WHY?? The Real Enemy was in Afghanistan supposedly. He just about bankrupted the country with wars of his desire and not of any real threat.

And let's remember Bush Sr's Watch the nice Kuwait nurse they propped up before congress and told them that she watched Iraqi soldiers killing babies! When that was a total and complete lie!!

Neither Obama or Romney deserve to be president. But unless you have a couple of million dollars you can't buy your way into the office!

How has Obama been a failure as a President? When he entered office the nation was bleeding jobs at about 800,000 per month and GDP was a negative 7 annual. The Dow was at 6500.

There has been steady job growth in the private sector for the last 27 months, GDP has been positive, and the Dow has doubled.

Without a doubt th nation is better off today than four years ago.

A failure?

Apparently Clint's speech bothered Obama more than his weak sauce tweet reply has let on...

No more Greek Columns, No more hope, and we've seen the change and don't like it.

Dude, you seem fixated on that article. Why not just start a thread about it and get it over with?

yes but what will ya'll do? you will vote for one or the other...

something like about half the politicians are in the 1%, the whole US political system needs to be tossed in the garbage can and start over with one that has a better chance of working.. you really need a good old style bloody revolution but that wont happen (not given that the US is a police state & you will be tossed in jail forever as a "terrorist").. OWS made a tiny fuss but that was the extent of it.. so its back to the same old same old..

Of course you could always just make enough money to become one of the 1% or you can jump ship and move to a different country..
