Yes, this site supports direct messaging to other members.

If you don't see a box below the person's picture that is titled "Send a message to this user:" you may not be signed into the website with your username and password. If you're only at the site as a visitor, you can't send messages.

Once you are logged in, you should be able to type a message to other members in that box, then click "Send".
