does eveyone seem to think there is to many fakes and scams on this site and has a sub ever heard of poor doms or just looking for the rich and weathy doms, my question is: do you have to be weathy man to be a dom??? and why is that all subs want to to taken care with money and travel expenices.

Baroana -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 10:26:31 AM)

10:25:03 AM Pacific Time.

Who wins the pool today?

LadyHibiscus -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 10:28:26 AM)

You do!

And, people should send me stuff.

PRETTYbitch -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 10:31:00 AM)

I don't need a wealthy dominant but I sure as heck don't want a man who lives with his mommy either. Self-sufficient and financially independent is not too much to ask.:)

lizi -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 10:32:08 AM)

I win the pool [:D] What do I get?

OP, can it. Take the pitiful whine and stuff it somewhere, it's one of the biggest turn offs in the book. You will get no one by acting like a sad clown.

My guess is that a sub might like a Dom who has command of the English language and can use it correctly with the extra bonus of punctuation and capitalization. You don't have to act like a pathetic, poor, slob if you can write coherently and act impressively- all without spending a dime.

Baroana -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 10:32:31 AM)

Yeah, send me stuff too!

angelikaJ -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 10:33:17 AM)

In this economy you expect everyone to be rich?

Nope, doms are people too.

What is usually a deal breaker is men who do not take initiative or are "lazy" and who think that there is such a thing as an instant sub: just add collar.
Also submissive women here usually disregard people who do not read their profiles and demand their contacts to be submissive right away.

DaddySatyr -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 10:36:26 AM)

I have always found that ladies are always very impressed when I drive up in my 1999 Mercury Sable.

While they may be un-impressed with the car, once we spend an hour or two talking, sometimes, I even persuade them to get in it and turn a coffee date into a dinner date.

Peace and comfort,

Michael

LadyHibiscus -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 10:40:37 AM)

Thank you for driving an American vehicle, Michael.

Delilya -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 10:42:36 AM)

Stands in line for getting sent stuff.

Kana -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 10:42:41 AM)

Right now I'm all sorts of Fifty Shades of Not Rich, but that don't mean I'm not a dom or that I can't get tail.

myotherself -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 10:51:15 AM)

I want stuff too!

Diamonds.

And pretty shoes.

A weal Dom would be able to afford those [8|]

TNDommeK -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 10:59:04 AM)

Michael, I was drinking coffee, and was not ready for that.

Kana that is the first thing that hit my mind, the OP has been reading 50 shades...uggh.

JanahX -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 11:02:22 AM)

YES!!! Here we go again!!! This IS AN EXCITING DAY AROUND HERE !!!

I AM HAPPY!!!

LadyHibiscus -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 11:02:40 AM)

I have diamonds and pretty shoes.

I BOUGHT THEM MYSELF, or my family gave em to me.

Am I doing it wrong? [&o]

Missokyst -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 11:02:49 AM)

Poor is a relative term. Poor like what? Living with mom? Living out of your car? Living in one rented room? Poor like.. not having enough for caviar or a new yacht?

MOST of the world is not living a wealthy money falling from the trees sort of life. More of us work to get by and hope that nothing comes up to rock that boat.

Giving people to move to you makes no sense. Nor does sending them money to travel to see you. Most of those are scams. IF people wanted to meet you they would find a way. Perhaps you are not making it worth their time? I mean really, unless they have talked to you and been shown you might be worth looking into it also makes no sense for them to go out of their way to meet you.

Baroana -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 11:06:50 AM)

Aw, fuck me. This was about 50 Shades???

LadyHibiscus -> RE: poor doms (9/3/2012 11:08:40 AM)

It was? I thought it was about people sending us stuff?

Erm all the subs? Which ones?

I personally insist on paying for the first couple of dates or to share the bill, because neither one of us owe the other anything other then basic respect. Afterwards, if we were on to living together, it would be.... well.....his rules to make and mine to agree on ^^ Depending on the dynamic and the rules between us. But someone who has been living with his SO might have more insight for this then me.

I'm not interested in someone being rich and wealthy to take care of me, i can take care of myself just fine. I'd personaly want him to let me take care of him, if that makes any sense.

I stated in my profile that i didnt wish to travel, i want someone local. So if someone has a problem with that, we're not a match.

As for money, as long as you can take care of yourself and live comfortably, it's the basic. Otherwise, you're just being materialistic.
