It's nice to see a politician saying the SAME thing instead of changing with the breeze.

It will never run, though. 1:58 is way past the attention span of TV viewers.

You mean sayin the SAME bullshit.

It seems it is running on YouTube.

And it's only 1:57 [8D]

Bullshit like "we need to fix our crumbling infrastructure"?

lol... you obviously do not understand the word 'plagiarizer'.

Subrob:
Are you saying Biden didn't plagiarizer the Brit Parliamentarian?

Right, I am saying you don't, cuz in that sentence it would be plagiarize.

You mean like how he's been fixing it so far with that trillion dollar slush fund ?

Maybe they can get another trillion and get started on that or maybe he'll just blow it on more failed solar companies. Or maybe he'll just use it to keep the oceans from rising.

tazzygirl -> RE: And they say Biden is the plagiarizer in this administration (9/4/2012 12:09:11 PM)

We got a lot of work done in Pittsburgh.

We're still doing a lot of road work in here in Erie. And the state park was beautified.

We can repair infrastructure, or we can later replace it at far higher costs.

Gosh....which makes more economic sense?

To repair of course but so much of that so called stimulas has been squanderd It's going to take a whole lot more than a measly trillion to fix our crumbling infrastructure. With many states and cities on the verge of bankruptcy I don't have a clue where all that money is going to come from. It kind of makes you wish we hadn't blown so much over the last 50 years or so.

I bet Obama could have made a really big dent with the 5T he's blown since Jan 2009

slvemike4u -> RE: And they say Biden is the plagiarizer in this administration (9/4/2012 10:22:44 PM)

Shit...I wonder if there were any wars we needn't have fought?
Or having fought them, maybe we shouldn't have lowered those damm taxes.[8|]

He escalated it far beyond where Bush wound it down to. Need a history?

slvemike4u -> RE: And they say Biden is the plagiarizer in this administration (9/4/2012 10:46:29 PM)

Right...Bush wound it down, before it was finished.
Obama corrected the mistake Bush made when he allowed his focus to be diverted by his need to go daddy one better

I'm not sure what war you are referring to. Friends of mine were Armored Calvary in Afghanistan during the Iraq mess. They still won't talk about the policies exercised by the shrub. "A cluster fuck", is all one says. Now training Striker battalions, he just said the real war was abandoned before it really got started and we went off to Iraq. He lost a lot of friends doing patrols on roads with hills all around they got ambushed from and with all the air and artillery support in the wrong country, they had to fight their way out alone too many times. NO one in Iraq had guns but Saddam and his troops. NO Al Queda or any other 'terrorist' lasted more than hours in Saddam's police state. If you were armed, you worked for him. All the terrorist training and support was in Afghanistan and we Almost had them extirpated and somewhat friendly Afghan groups in control.
We had the chance to erase the Taliban and similar groups from Afghanistan when their tribal enemies worked with us to control the country. We left and the natural Afghan tendency to hate and fight Any other group with power over them, particularly non-Muslim, came to the fore. Exactly how the Russians lost so many troops and treasure there. It's taken us 10 years to figure out the situation now isn't solvable with military force after the shrub lost a unique opportunity and we're bugging out.

Or slashed taxes for breaks for the wealthly. Or started two unfunded wars.

Those measly taxes on the wealthy are just a drop in the bucket. And the 2 unfunded wars are not all of the money squandered in 8 years of Bush. What about the Vietnam war along with the 42 or so years of spending money we don't have prior to that ? Flushing money down the toilet and deficit spending is nothing new. Both parties are responsible and at this point the shit is about to hit the fan. There is no more money to keep spending like we have in the past. With all the unfunded liabilities such as SS, medicare and pensions, Obama and his spending on steroids along with his social policies are not the answer.

True. And then Clinton fixed it, one the path to surpluses.

And then Bush and the Republican Congress pissed on it, slashing taxes and starting two unfunded wars.
