Are you saying Biden didn't plagiarizer the Brit Parliamentarian? Or are you saying that Obama is proof that if he repats the lie enough, it becomes the truth? Stealing lines you've already said really is plagiarism.

I think we are all out of school. I think we all remember what he said, and when he said it. I think there are enough recordings out there of him saying it that the last thing Obama has to worry about is plagiarizing himself.
