There was a letter to the Editor in the Post Gazette a few days ago, written by a Democrat about the voter fraud issue here. And, frankly, I had to agree with him.

A Republican Governor, a Republican majority state congress, and a Republican Attorney General

I gotta tell ya.. the Democrats here really need to stop committing voter fraud to elect these people.

The reason there is more fraud among Democrats is due to mainly two things, "Ward Bosses" and,...Unions.
I have a brother who belongs to the infamous "Local 25 Teamsters Union' in the Boston, Mass area.
He said the "leadership" is trying to shove Obama down their throats and the membership doesn't want anything to do with him because of layoffs over the last few years.
You have to understand that there is only ONE THING that motivates "dose guys", M-O-N-E-Y.
And if you're *costing* them M-O-N-E-Y it's a big "FUCK YOU" to you.

(pardon the ad, but well worth seeing, and hearing, for yourself)

Voice vote - do it again - do it again - just fucking do it the way we wanted to begin with, regardless of the vote.

It does take longer than the Republican way of changing the rules to get the result you want, true.

That damn Obama! All the layoffs he caused. [8|]

Just amazing how some workers will vote against their own interest. Like the Republican Party really gives a shit about Labor! [sm=Groaner.gif]

Popeye, did you hear that the Dem Convention didn't raise enough money to cover the costs of their convention? They say it's because they turned down all corporate donations.

Of course, they used a 10 million dollar line of credit they got from Duke Energy to cover most of the shortfall ...

Gotta admire their adhering to that "no corporate money" principle. Democrats sure have firm principles!

Just the way they do business, yanno. [8D]

Companies including Bank of America Corp. and Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC) have contributed $20 million toward the cost of the Democratic National Convention, helping fund an event that Democrats initially said wouldn’t accept corporate money, according to two people familiar with the matter.

Organizers of this year’s convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, turned to corporations after the city’s host committee struggled to reach its $36.7 million fundraising goal, according to the people, who requested anonymity.

Last year, the Charlotte host committee set up a separate entity called New American City Inc., to take corporate cash and to which Bank of America and Wells Fargo contributed, according to the people. The two banks were on a list of corporate donors released Sept. 1 by the host committee that also named AT&T Inc. (T), US Airways Group Inc. (LCC), Duke Energy Corp. (DUK) and the law-and- lobbying firm McGuireWoods LLP.

After saying in February 2011 they wouldn’t take corporate money, Democratic Party leaders and convention organizers have grappled with how to cover the estimated $52 million cost of the event, which will culminate Sept. 6 in President Barack Obama’s renomination acceptance speech.

Duke Energy Chief Executive Officer Jim Rogers, co-chairman of the host committee, “has said that he secured $10 million to $11 million from local corporations from Charlotte,” said Tom Williams, a spokesman for Duke. “He has been working hard to build on those numbers to bring in money” for the convention, Williams said.

well,.. gee, no surprise there since Warren Buffet (Obama's best buddy) owns shares in both Bank of America & Wells Fargo (the sleaziest bank on the planet imo), maybe shares in some other contributors too, wouldnt surprise me any..
