I was just thinking this. In the long run, it might also result in a different type of rape scene being played out.

OP I hope you are joking, but I suspect since your profile is about this, you are not. If rape scenes are your thing, go out and meet some women in person, discuss limits, get FACE TO FACE consent, safewords for good measure, and then have at it. Even then I'd be leery about doing any kind of force scene with someone you didn't know very well and for a long time, but what you're thinking of now is madness.

Of course in reality I'd be surprised if any of those people who enjoy chatting about it online really would give their addresses and such to make it possible.

Thank you to the folks who brought up the court case of this scenario going bad.

OP, this has got to be one of the riskiest things you can do when you don't know the person. There is no release or evidence you can present that would prevent this charge being filed. And you want to travel to do this? Exactly who is going to bail you out of jail?

And, you know I'm going to call you on that 'no lifestyle/no sex in Alaska' stuff. I seem to be doing just fine.

This has been a dirty fantasy of mine for a long time, probably since I hit puberty. Once I even toyed around with really doing it back when the internet was young. He was from Germany and had the means to travel. The "idea" of being kidnapped in a van and raped really did it for me mentally but when it came to really wanting to meet and make it reality, I didn't. There are too many unknown variables. I agree with other posters advising to really know that other person, more than just one meeting. For me, I thought, he could've been a serial killer and would a safe word really do anything to stop someone who traveled so far to make this happen? Anyone can say how something will go, how much do you trust their words? That goes for both sides. This is one fantasy I find I like the best just played out in my head.

I feel very strongly that this is not a type of play to do with someone who is relatively new to you. I feel, from my personal experiences with this type of play, that this can only be safely done with a trusted partner. As others have pointed out, people who engage in this type of play as either Tops or bottoms, run serious risks, including legal ones. [sm=2cents.gif]

Interesting thing is that after placing this post, there were 5 more ladies expressing interest in their rape fantasies. As far as no sex for months here in Alaska, I am a white man in a small native village that has the highest STD rate in the state. You do not dare touch the locals here. I am off the road system and only get into the city once or twice the rest of the year. I do appreciate all the feedback and warnings

Look, all I can say, is that even though this is an interest of mine, it NEVER comes up during the early part of a relationship with someone. NEVER.

The very fact that these women are approaching you with this particular fantasy when they do not even know you makes me very suspicious. No submissive I know who likes this type of play goes around advertising it about themselves. (Well except when answering these types of questions.)

Just be careful out there. There are lots of other fantasies to explore before one even begins to consider rape play. [sm=2cents.gif]

SUch a poster boy for SSC/RACK.
One of the reasons that I'm completely unwilling to participate in this on a casual basis. Nothing, in My opinion, has a greater possibility for the boomerang effect. A week or two later can be when the rug gets pulled out from under the receiver and they can have all kinds of emotions hit them out of nowhere. Maybe the next traveler will be willing to pick up the pieces after the one who did the play is gone.

Well,

I too think that this idea is idiotic.

However, if *I* was going to try to actually do something like this, I'd want to get a video from her, giving a fairly detailed description of what she expected to happen, along with consent for you to do it. I'd have her email it to me at least a week before I "met" her. It probably wouldn't save your ass from jail if things went bad, but at least it might give your attorney a fighting chance.

I'd also build in several different safewords, so that if she didn't like what was going on, she could easily end things. And I'd make them really simple, like her using my real name.

I would also arrange to set up a "blind" meeting shortly beforehand. Someplace where she would go and do something, so that you could "confirm" this is something she actually wanted. Example: Ordering a black cup of coffee from a nearby Starbucks at 3pm in the afternoon. You would want that on video before it happened as well.

There are just so many things that could still go wrong with this scenerio, that the head spins.

Contact a criminal defense attorney in Anchorage; look for one who has been in practice for more than 5 years. Arrange a telephone consultation. Ask him/her (a) what quantum and form of consent would protect you from allegations of nonconsensual sex, and (2) what is the climate like in your area regarding the likelihood of the local prosecutor pursuing rape charges in this context. Your consultation is confidential. That doesn't help with the other landmines in this field, but it's something.

Ok, this is dusting off an old law degree, but IIRC, technically one cannot consent to an illegal act. Think Kevorkian. His victims agreed and wanted him to help them off this planet, but it was still against the law and he went to jail for it. This is why one can't sell/give themselves legally to others.

Now realistically, if you had a signed, witnessed and notarized document written by the victim and proven to be her affirming her interest in said act and approval of said deed, then you could really muddy the waters for a jury and a lot of prosecutors would be hesitant to take the case.
But that's rolling the dice in a big way and even if one ended up being found innocent, one would/could always carry the tag of accused rapist should things go sideways.

This is one of those "huge risk, little reward" things that, to me at least, seems silly to consider. The payoff isn't even remotely adequate in light of the possible cost.

Kana - you've got me curious now.

Who would notarize such a thing? Serious question. If I wanted to give my consent for exactly this scenario and went to my solicitor, could he, legally, notarize that for me? Would there be any legal or professional implications for that person if we went through with it and it did end up in the criminal courts?

Generally speaking I mean - I know we're in different countries.
