I would recommend finding a doctor, not a dominant, to help you lose weight. Welcome.

I've already visited a doctor. I have a diet, now I need some help to control myself. I think it's not a crazy idea.

ETA - I lost weight under a Dom's instruction but when the relationship didn't work out gained all of it back plus more. Now, I'm losing it by using myfitnesspal, which feels much healthier for me.

It's not a crazy idea, but it's not necessarily a GOOD idea. Good luck and have fun, and don't forget that a group of like minded BDSM folks for peer support is never a bad thing. And a good way to meet domly types!

I've been under the care of a nutritionist for the past few months to lose weight and, WOW, I have learned so much.
