Lexx was one of the best shows SciFi ever had.

I just wish they could have kept the original Zev, instead of switching to that other lady.

Her lips weirded me out...

I liked the first movie a lot, and I think I injured something laughing through Season 4.

I thought the rest of Season 1 and most of Season 2 were merely okay. However, if you don't watch them you'll miss out on a lot of things in Season 3, where stuff started picking up, and Season 4, which was an absolute riot.

In Season 4 they land in Texas, and collide with the BATF... it only gets weirder and funnier from there.

Well, not really a fan of Stanley, I'll have to admit, but I love the series (and have them all on my video server).

I rewatched them all a couple of years ago, in sequence.

You really do have to watch the first couple of movies to understand the entire rest of the series.

The timing of any of the movies is just plain strange. I'd like to say that things just seem to lag and go slow, but it doesn't, really.

Weird and off the wall, but original as hell, every episode.

Years ago I used to catch this on late night terestrial tele...Im in the UK, btw.
I never followed it then, but was completely fascinated by it when lucky enough to catch it.

I have two series (Ithink) on download but haven't as yet fully viewed them, but this thread has sparked interest again.

Did someone mention Series Four???

Season 4 is considerably different from the previous ones. It also includes several story arcs across multiple episodes. Various characters from Season 3 also recur in Season 4, sort of.

While watching the series you have to remember that although it was produced in Canada in English, it's actually a German show. Some of the odd pacing is probably due to cultural differences.
