pyschosubmission -> Sleep and mathematical formulae applied to Gambling (9/20/2012 10:48:38 PM)

Soooo.... I couldn't get to sleep this/last night, and instead of doing the normal 23 year old behaviour of wildly downloading pornography like my ISP was about to disconnect me, I instead spent the last three hours applying various mathematical models to roulette. Specifically working out various methods of betting, then analysis the risk/gain ratio. Eventually coming up with a way to win (well actually "not lose" is a better term) from a £10 starting point, with only a 1.983% chance of leaving the table at a loss. What's weird about this, is that I don't gamble. I need to sleep more often
