A whole bunch of stuff, and to differant degrees. And then some stuff that works so well for so many women that it's ubiquitous, doesn't work for me. We are all differant. Posture collars and thumbcuffs make me drop hard and fast into subspace. I don't mean subdrop - I say drop because in those cases I can physically feel my insides drop like a fast elevator as I go into subspace. Kneeling used to work wonders, but I am physically unable to kneel anymore. drats. as far as beating, it takes long hard beatings that start hard, and change up implements every few minutes. warm up will just leave me frustrated and unable to achieve subspace. Ritual, or sitting at a master's feet, things like that, but to a lesser degree. Watching others play and waiting my turn to play at a party, or lining up toys waiting for master to come home, or any other mental foreplay like that really gets me. That's the kind of warm up that does work for me.
