I'm going to assume that you're not a wanker, and that you are seeking serious replies to your question.
There are Doms/Dommes who use their subs/slaves as workers. I've personally been involved in several D/s relationships in which I was strictly a "service sub", and there was no sexual activity at all in the relationship.
In one instance, I served as a handyman, chauffeur, butler, errand boy, lawn care sub, and housekeeper. I also was her security guard when she met with potential new male subs. There was never any sexual activity in this relationship. I was strictly her service sub.
In another relationship, I served as secretary/research assistant/editor to a Domme who was working on a documentary. I wrote portions of her script, edited most of her material, and did research as assigned. Once again, this was the bulk of our relationship. On occasion, she would say "take off your clothes. I want you to fuck me". But I can count those instances on one hand. For the most part, our relationship was strictly service oriented.
There was nothing extreme, like working on a farm as you described. But these were examples of a Domme using her sub as a worker.
