Hi all,

New to the site and just wondering if there are any Irish people on here?? We don't really have a big scene over here, but if I can at least make one local friend I'd call it a sucess :P

I'm not Irish but I really like Enya.

And I live in a town with lots of Irish people in it... enough that local cemeteries are known as "Paddy Plots." They came over in the early 1800's to dig the Erie Canal in exchange for whiskey. Then they stuck around to build a whole bunch of Catholic Churches... much to the dismay of the English and Germans in the area.
