Hopefully, her being thrity-one will help her with good judgement, but, I've learned to not count on it. I'd caution against longterm insertions away from a stable position such as a chair, bed, etc. I'd also caution against rapid dilation, over-length insertables, and not utilizing a LOT of lubricant, but don't try to depend on the cheaped brands.
