I don't know how to use hypnosis myself, but I've been wanting to learn it specifically for D/s play. I have had it used on me before during play and I have used it before with subs (using recordings).
The reason I'd love to know how to do it is because of the deep intense sense of relaxation it can give a person, which combined with sensory deprivation and bondage can bring about sub-space in a unique way.
The times when I've used it with subs, it was specifically a recording to induce sleep, on a sub who suffers from chronic insomnia. It's the same recording I use frequently to alleviate my own insomnia, and as expected, it worked like a charm.
I have absolutely zero interest in hypnosis as a means to achieve "mind control" or enslavement or anything like that. But I do see it as a nifty tool by which to enhance play sessions and so on.
