who is givinghim a pass, thats your assumption, you know nothing about my feelings towards the matter, but you assume, Im not giving him a pass in the slightest, that is only in your eyes...and you know just how much that concerns me.

As for shouting myself hoarse???? im not into beating expired equines.. it will go on until someone has the sac to put a stop to it, Romney dont have it, Ryan dont have it, PAUL doesnt have it, where the hell is the expectation required for Obama to have it. There isnt a politician out there (that is sane) that has the sac.
I do what I can with what I believe in, taking on the intelligence agencies of the world aint one of them.
1984 has been with us for years, as technology advances so will the intelligence.. how do you fight that?????
how do you fight the big money financing it, they have the politicians in their pockets?
every "civilised" country is the same.....Cos Im sick of the whole thing.
Give me a logical .... idea...that would stop it all...

So you supported starting the fire....but then realized the fire is out control..but still support the people who started it and put full blame on the people using the fire started with your support???

You protested yourself hoarse in opposition to Bush's use. You stated that yourself. Yet, you are not being consistent with that sentiment. That's giving Obama a pass.

Obama had the sack to rail against it during the '08 campaign. Lots of Democrats officials had the sack to rail against their use. Yet, when it's their turn to use or not to use, what do they do? They use.

As soon as it became apparent to me in 2008, that they were bullshit, I was against them. I was ignorant of the offal the Patriot Act is until my eyes were opened. My WABAC machine was in the shop for a lube/oil/filter, so I couldn't retroactively be against the Patriot Act.

I still support conservatives - not necessarily Republicans. I am not a Republican. I'm more of a Libertarian.

By your logic, I'm not allowed to participate in any political debates and never will be. I didn't say anything under President X because I wasn't paying attention. I started paying attention during President X's last year in office and didn't like what I had finally opened my eyes to. Now that President Y is in office (and of a different party), I can't say anything negative when he continues the practices that I found bad? When President Z is in office (in 4 months or 52 months), I won't be able to say anything negative if he/she continues the same practices because I didn't say anything about the previous two.

I cast my vote McCain not because I thought McCain was a great candidate, but that Obama was that bad of one. Had McCain won and continued the crappy policies of Bush, I'd be complaining about it. If Romney wins and continues them, I'll be complaining then.

Are you, ss7, for or against warrantless wiretaps? If you are for them, I think you're wrong, and we'll not come to any agreement. If you are against them, why are you going after me when we agree on this? I'm going to continue to follow my conscious and support what I believe is correct, regardless of what you think of me or accuse me of. That you can't appreciate those areas where we have common ground, I don't understand.

Ya see, I wasnt ignorant about it, Im not even american and you are not the only country dealing with such a thing, so cry me a river in YOUR ignorance of it until Obama arrived, that is YOUR comprehension failing not mine.
Dont expect Me to act like its so shocking, something new and that I should gird my loins and whine everytime you think something is important.
BTW I said, no one has the sac to STOP it, not RAIL about it, that is a completely different term.
