I have not been here for a while, and I am sure many of you do not miss it, yet some do.  My health has gone from bad to worse and everything in life finally fell apart.  I am unable to even eat a meal without feeling like I am going to be sick (and this is only getting worse by the week)  and I have had anxiety so bad that I have gotten physically ill five times in a day.

I do not feel like being around people or talking to them, so that is why I have not been here.  I am currently under doctor's care, but every two weeks does not even seem to be enough.

I could really use your prayers and thoughts.  This has brought me to my knees and is almost more than I can bear.

Thanks.

I am sorry to hear of your troubles and ills....I will send good thoughts your way and prayers.   I have been where you are,  diff    circumstances I'm sure...but there all the same.   It took every ounce of strength in me to fight my way back to health...mentally and physically....I wish you the same strength.. Blessings to you.

Sir,

i am so very sorry to read of Your troubles...in trying times, it is good to keep close friends even closer.

there are many of Your close friends here, and i am sure any one of them would give You their shoulder. it is good to talk to someone. keeping stress internal can only lead to physical stress...sickness.. pour Your feelings onto Your trusted friend...or pour them onto a journal. Your Dr can use this journal to aide You in Your recovery.

i wish You a speedy recovery Sir

SirKenin...may you receive and accept the additional energy you require to sustain you through this difficult time.  Health issues take priority.  Remain focused on small victories until the battle is won.

I look forward to your return...our difference of opinions have always provided me with much to think about...please don't keep my thoughts idle for too long now, ok?

I'm sorry you're very ill SirKenin.
You may want to remove/change your sig lines at this point especially while under the fragile human condition of being ill.

I'm praying for you, Sir Kenn.

There are many ways out there that people use to reduce anxiety, even while in pain. A close relative of mine has used pain-management techniques learned from a hypnotist that were helpful, and I'm sure there are other methods out there.

I hope you're able to turn to some relatives and friends at this time -- I've often heard that it can be enormously helpful. And I'm sure you won't forget God.

Ouch. Not only is life a bitch but she also has puppies. Though you have not given us your exact problem/diagnosis, I've seen many in your type of condition. Whatever does not kill you will make you stronger. I've seen many battle out Cancer, infections, as well as long term illness and come out winning. It's good to see that you are getting medical treatment. I hear that Free Health Care in Canada can sometimes take a while to help you.

So take it easy Kenin. Hang in there and try to enjoy time with your friends and family. Pet Therapy has been known to keep peoples mind off there illness. Without knowing the specifics, I think you're going to pull through. You'll always bare a few scares from this experience but you will still continue to move on strong.

Dear SirKenin,

I am so sorry to hear of Your suffering.  I am suffering also and seeing the Doctor every week now for Anxiety and it is so crippling I do not know how to or wish to get thru another day.  Reaching out and asking for help is very wise.  I will remember You in my Prayer and Meditation.  I will not give You advice, it sounds trite when people do it to me.  You are not alone and some people do care.  Please write me if You need an understanding Soul to listen.  God be with You, Sir.

Be blessed,
Goddess
