There are a few books that are considered BDSM classics. One of these books, Venus in Furs by Leopold Ritter von Sacher-Masoch, is available for free download at Project Gutenburg http://www.gutenberg.org/etext/6852

Historical note for those who aren't into S/m. The term "masochism" was coined by a German psychologist named Krafft-Ebing, inspired by Leopold Ritter von Sacher-Masoch. Venus in Furs is a fictionalized account of true experiences in Sacher-Masoch's life.

I do have one version of the book in the file section in one of my Ygroups. It will run out of bandwidth too, but feel free to try it. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Beachs_Dominion/ If you are not familiar with Yahoo Groups, they are free to join. You need to have a Yahoo ID (also free) which has your AGE IN THE PROFILE. (My group is considered adult and per Yahoo TOS, anyone in an adult group must show age on profile.) To find the book once you are in the Ygroup, go to files. The book is the very last file posted.

Do you know how many pages it would be printed out? I hate reading that much on the screen.

*grins* how tiny are you going to set your font? I have a copy of it from the bookstore and it is 126 pages. It is a trade paperback (one of those oversize ones, but not as big as a hardback)

Thank you so much darlin'...I have downloaded it and bookmarked. I hate to read an entire book online also. I am more of a snuggle up with a good book in bed, but this is one that was not in My BDSM library yet, so I will read online. I know alot of this book, but now have the opportunity to read it.
