I noticed a Halloween store just opened up in my neighborhood; it reminded me that a year or two ago I got some black lace fingerless gloves (similar to these) at a store like that. I think they make a nice accessory for D/s play. I haven't been Halloween shopping yet this year but I want to go see if there are any other "convertibles" to be had there.

What's your experience been? Has anyone else found any fun stuff at Halloween stores that could be used for either D/s apparel, toys or equipment? Or is most of it so cheaply made that it can't really be used?

Love halloween stores!! Tons of pervables as well as "sexy _____" costumes. Cheap way to find XXL lil bo peep costume for instance. Things I've found:
Batman mask- looks hot & black taped eyes make for fun deprivation
Make up crauyons-fun for humiliation & temp body art
Spandex cat suits- self explainatory & cost effective
Fairy wands that light up-mostly for my own amusment
Fishnets
Wigs
Heels in man sizes (so I'm told)
Hoods
Cuffs
Cheap silks & fabrics (nov 1st) to use for just about anything

I've found some great things in Halloween stores, too! :)

See-through little net skirts with lace trim (so pretty!!!)
Gloves
Stockings
Feather boas
Mules (no silly, not the four-legged kind!)

Face paints
Facial half-masks (both the kind worn at Mardi Gras and plain for sensory deprivation)

There are also places you can go the year-around too that you might not realize:

For all kinds of clothing and sex toys year-round? SPENCER'S
For various kinds of massage oils? BATH & BODY WORKS
For very pretty lingerie without spending a fortune? KOHL'S
