There is no secret slaveholder community, but you most likely can buy an experience that meets some of your fantasy expectations.

Another option is finding and growing a real-life relationship with a real human being whose interests and desires intersect well with yours.

In Russia you can find slavery TPE 24/7, but without the extreme punishment. I decided to find out whether there is in the world Extreme TPE 24/7. If so, how do you find them?
