Does anyone know real life groups, clubs, communities and so forth that are located in Michigan? We prefer Mid Michigan, but any resources that are local are a possiblity.

We're looking to meet others who are into the lifestyle, and thought that this is the best place to ask since I know several of you guys are localish.

Thanks for taking the time to read (and responding if you can), appreciate it!

The Michigan scene has changed pretty dramatically since the Bashara episode, and Mid Michigan has always been a little sparse. Lots goin on in Grand Rapids, though. Go to Fetlife and do a search for Michigan, hit the "groups" tab. There are a few announcement groups, and some specific Mid Michigan groups.

There is a Flint munch, sort of, and there might still be one in the BC/Saginaw area.

Lots of people, that's for sure :)

Thank you. I did not know that you had replied to this before. I do appreciate the advice and yes, there is a Mid-Michigan Group that we now belong to. =)

There's a Grand Rapids munch that happens regularly (which has its contact through Fetlife). It isn't one side or another, pretty much open to all kinky persuasions within the discipline (so to speak).

Much of the rest of what happens in Michigan tends to gravitate towards either Detroit (where much of the professional part of the scene takes place), or you end up having to make contact in Chicago. There was an attempt at creating a munch group in Kalamazoo, but to be honest, I never found out if it actually got started or not.
