A friend of mine has a list of contacts done in an Excel spreadsheet that he wants to export into his Outlook contacts.
He needs help and unfortunately I have no idea how/if this can be done.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In Outlook 2010, you can select Contacts then File, Open, Import. Older versions has something similar.
You may need to manipulate the contacts a bit within Excel, but that's not very difficult, either.
