I was thinking similar things about your profile but it's pretty much been covered.
Scammers go for profiles which they assume don't get much attention otherwise because you're more likely to respond. Yours is scam-bait at the moment.
You have no picture to draw someone in. A lot of people will be searching only for profiles with pictures so you won't even be showing up on their list. A nice, clothed picture which hints at hobbies is always a winner. If you don't want your face on your profile then a picture taken from the back, or hell even one you took yourself of a nice view.
Put more about yourself beyond your disability, and put more focus on what you can do. What hobbies do you have? What do you do with your time? At the moment you come across as the disability being the only thing that defines you, and there must be more to you than that? Make yourself interesting.
Get rid of the negativity. Seriously. It won't put fakes off in the slightest because they don't care that it bothers you. It will put 'real' people off because it makes it sound like you like to moan and yell.
Put some effort in. Clean up the spelling and grammar, that's very sloppy. If you can't be bothered to make your profile decent, people will assume you're not serious.
Don't expect women to do the chasing. They won't. There are a lot of men on this site compared to the number of women. Women don't have to search much. In fact there are so many men you might be hidden under pages of search results. Find profiles that interest you and message them. But sort your profile out first so when they look, they decide to message back.
But the biggest thing that turned me off was that it doesn't really suggest you are looking for dom/sub. Someone told you that you are dominant? Well are you? Do you want to take control in or out of the bedroom? If so you might want to let us know whether you are looking for kinky hook ups, or long term D/s, or Master/slave. Let us know what you have to offer in that respect. Do you have experience or skills? Are you patient, well known in the community, skilled with a whip/rope/needle, trustworthy, willing to learn and explore, adventurous, steady, in control of your life.... sell yourself! You don't have to go into graphic details but a few lines of what you seek and what you offer will go a long way. Because at the moment I'm getting 'maybe if I say I'm a dom and look for sub women I'll have more luck'. And if that's the case, you won't. D/s relationships are still relationships.
