Take a wheel or wedge of Brie and leave it on top of the fridge all day to soften. Chill a good bottle of a German white wine in the fridge (Dont mix these 2 steps up) Buy pillsbury or store brand crescent rolls. Whack those babies on the counter to open them. Unroll then and pinch the amount needed to cover the brie into a continuous sheet. Take the extras (usually 2) and just make crescent rolls out of them. Place the covered brie and rolls (make sure you pinch the dough together well or you'll have molten brie running all over the damn cookie sheet) on a cookie sheet and bake according to the directions. In the mean time Slices of granny smith apples, grapes, cauliflower, broccoli, crostini, good crackers, etc go on a platter. Put a few tablespoons full of good jam or marmalade in a microwave safe container (I prefer apricot but strawberry is damn good too) and nuke it for about 20 seconds to liquefy. (this step is optional) Pull the brie and rolls out of the oven, decant the wine, Put the brie on the platter and pour that molten fruity goodness all over it. Enjoy.

Kinkier than a cheap garden hose. Whoever said "Religion is the opiate of the masses" never heard Right Wing talk radio. Don't blame me, I voted for Gary Johnson.
