Being new to this site, I'm not sure how everything works. This is obviously not the right place to ask my questions, but I can't find answers in the Help section, and Support have not so far responded to my message. Is there a Forum for site questions? If so, I can't find it! What I'd like to know please: I've hidden my profile as I was completely swamped with messages. If I now write to someone, will they get my message? Will they then be able to view my 'hidden' profile? And, when writing to someone off line, how long does the message stay in their in box if they don't log on soon after? Any help much appreciated! Ms E.

Hi there and welcome to the site! 1. If I now write to someone, will they get my message? Yes. 2. Will they then be able to view my 'hidden' profile? No. 3. And, when writing to someone off line, how long does the message stay in their in box if they don't log on soon after? Whether someone is online or not makes no difference. Messages stay in an inbox for six months, whether they're read or now. That is, if they get into the inbox - if someone has their mail filters set so that anyone outside Arizona goes to bulk mail, then they'll likely never see a message till it gets auto-deleted.
