Hi All,

Recently my Mistress has taken to doing some things which although wondeful punishments are clearly for my benifit... Just wondering if othe Dommes do such things...

For example she has monitored my speaking and should I use profanity or even disrespectful language will be force to eat something very unpleasant (raw egg, lemon wedge, dog treat)... I become a quick study...

Also exercise, which I would probably do anyway.. But it is much easier to be motivated by her telling me to do. If I miss a workout she makes me hand write a letter as to why? Which I hate doing so exercising is much easier.

Just wondering if other Dommes do such fantastic things?

I definitely do things like what you have described. I see part of my responsibility toward my submissive as helping him be the best person he can be, and if it takes me punishing him to move him in that direction, then that's exactly what I'll do.

It just furthers my belief the "Domme" has a lot of responsibility in this relationship. I appreciate when she uses to do many things... Including expanding my abilities... or just scrubbing her toilet :)

Most definitely. I like the idea of your Mistress making you eat the dog treats for using profanity or disrespectful language. I had been using the soap in the mouth treatment, but I do like the idea of the dog treat. It has a nice humiliation factor

I also like to use positive motivation as well. For example, if I had a sub on an exercise program and told him to exercise five times a week, and he did, I might give him a small treat of some type. What the treat would be depends on the particular submissive.
