They could be talking about techniques that work for training with a dog (such as learning to sit, beg, roll over) or it could be related to bestiality. If that is the case, report, block and move on. There really is no way for us to know though because it is what HEor SHE means by it

It could be pet play or they could be referring to K9, so you'll have to ask.

If it's K9, it's considered animal abuse and is illegal in the US.

it is a site dedicated to dog and puppy training and control. lots of interesting techniques and methods are discussed. you can view most of it without joining, unless you are into this type of activity.
