Unfortunately there is no cake or pie in the house. The best I could do on being bad was to toast a couple pieces of whole grain bread, spread liberally with butter and some of the red raspberry preserves I made the other night. I feel so.......baaaaaad. [:D] The rest of the day will be more disappointing for the OP. A walk and an apple for lunch. Some stirfried bokchoy and pork with some of the home made soba noodles I made on Sunday night. I am eating way too healthy, getting too much exercise. It would be interesting to see if the OP could have kept up with my fat 50yo ass when we went hiking and cliff climbing this last Sunday. Especially those muddy steep hillsides.

I'm curious to know what the OP or his sock feels overweight is. What would he consider that to be? Oh and LP you are correct, it is said that back in the day (waaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day) that the paler and thicker you were showed you were living the good life. You were pale because you weren't working outside and you were thick because you could sit around and eat all day. Now a days it is said to be complete opposite. Ya know, the whole, I can go to the gym and run on the tread mill all day and drink asparagus smoothies.[:'(] I'm bringing sexy back by doing the pale and thick movement again. At least I think I'm think. I don't know..still waiting on the OP's chart so I can compare,lol.

Apparently, I am the 10%. OP, if I'd been considering you for anything (friendship, play partners, or more) and I'd come across this thread, it would have disqualified you. You're whiny, judgemental, and making uneducated assumptions based on appearance. I don't need that kind of person in my life, and I certainly don't want those qualities in a sub.
