John Sununu in an interview with CNN said the reason Colin Powell is supporting and voting for President Obama is because he is black.... SUNUNU: You have to wonder whether that’s an endorsement based on issues or that he’s got a slightly different reason for President Obama. MORGAN: What reason would that be? SUNUNU: Well, I think that when you have somebody of your own race that you’re proud of being President of the United States— I applaud Colin for standing with him. So does that mean that Sununu supports willard simply because they are both rich white guys???? If you forgot Sununu is willards campaign co-chair Of course later when he realized what he said he walked it back.....But I don't see how a questions about Powell endorsing the President gets turned into a question about him leaving the party?????? Sununu releases statement in response to controversy: Colin Powell is a friend and I respect the endorsement decision he made, I do not doubt that it was based on anything but his support of the President’s policies. Piers Morgan’s question was whether Colin Powell should leave the party, and I don’t think he should.

I agree, but it is a sad state of affairs when the Co-Chair of a Presidential Campaign publicly agrees with it and supports it . Talk about moving backwards

for a gaggle of people that purport to be all compassionate and loving, I've never seen such hate filled speech and actions and it comes from the hard left (aka, democrat party). I don't hate obama because he is black; I hate the white part of him. What were you people thinking? He ran nothing.. not even a pop stand. His greatest accomplishment before government was being a parttime professor and his colleagues called him lazy and stupid.

It seems you missed all the hate signs at teabagger events, or the Obama figures with a noose around their necks, or the shootings at Obama campaign offices, or the shit being dumped at his offices hate is every where, however the comment was made by the co-chair of the GOP party Please show me this level of hate from the left?????????
