I answer them all personally even if it cramps My hands. A shoulder massage and cold drink may be appreciated, though, if the OP wasn't on the opposite coast. ;)

Smarts don't necessarily come from being a bigwig national executive, bossing people around all over the continent. Nor do they come from tossing that information around.

I never said I was a "bigwig executive", I said I speak to them. I don't "boss people around all over the continent" (nor did I say I did), I do however have employees, none of which I would find it tenable to have know I'm a sub.
