As noted by the other posters, the plan is to win and then do what is best for the WASP ruling class headquartered in New York and New England. The rest of the United States population need to work hard pay while paying attention to sports and pop culture and allow their wise superiors on Wall Street to do the thinking, while the United States government acts as instructed by the criolle aristocrats. Business as usual.
