A President can get away with a lot before impeachment. If Obama wins reelection, the GOP will have to rethink things. No point trying to make him a one term President, so they'll have to think of a new strategy. I honestly don't see impeachment in the cards because the public is already tired of a hyperpartisan environment and impeachment efforts will simply divide the country more, to nobody's benefit.

Since reelection is secure and further obstruction won't change anything, impeachment is the only opportunity they have left. There's a coming midterm in the middle of Obama's second term.... Let em TRY to take us down that road again. Even the vast majority of people who are pissed that Bill Clinton lied... Twice as many were/are/will be about impeachment. I think the republicans better really carefully consider their next can of worms they open.

Ambassador Stevens death was just a bump in the road for the President... It doesn't matter that 4 Americans died despite our "rapid reaction" troops in Italy, or our Aircraft Carriers that launch airplanes, sitting right in the region... Hell, I bet we even have a underwater ship or two in the area. This will never be a story because the MSM doesn't want it to be. You see, it might make people vote for Romney if they knew how incompetent Obama really is... My guess is in 10 days, after Obama loses the elections, we'll get all kinda of leaked CYA emails, and memos exonerating Clinton and Petraeus, and placing all the blame on Obama. My theory is Valerie Jarrett wasn't there to whisper in Obama's ear and tell him what to do, so he did nothing, just like he did nothing in the Senate, and the Illinois Senate.
