WTG Governor!!!

I'm sure the folks on the left will find a way to blame this storm on George W Bush, Mitt Romney and anthropogenic global warming but it's darn good advice nonetheless!

Be Safe people

FDD,

I thought that it was Karl Rove that had the weather machine.

Good call Governor.

I agree. About time he came home and did what all the other Northeast governors have been doing all week. I have a friend who work's in Deval Patrick's office who said the Governor invited him out to Lexington to see the famed Massachusetts Command Bunker, he did this because Christie was up in Massachusetts taking the pot shots at Liz Warren, that Scott Brown is too cowardly to do on his own.
With that said, I hope everyone in New Jersey comes through this okay. Coming from an island that has had several serious scrapes with hurricanes and many more with tropical storms, I know they could be in a world of hurt by Tuesday morning.

The cons think the President controls the weather.....

So all that would make sense....to one.

How quickly you forget! President Obama learned how to seed and control Hurricanes from the previous work of President Bush in 2005.

He came a long way from stumbling through Dick & Jame books in a Texas kindergarten if that's the case.

Not blame Bush... But point out in the GOP primary what willard wanted to do to FEMA.... So when the destruction hits, be a good Gop supporter and don't take aid from the FED's just from the state level and experience life under willard

"During a CNN debate at the height of the GOP primary, Mitt Romney was asked, in the context of the Joplin disaster and FEMA's cash crunch, whether the agency should be shuttered so that states can individually take over responsibility for disaster response.

"Absolutely," he said. "Every time you have an occasion to take something from the federal government and send it back to the states, that's the right direction. And if you can go even further, and send it back to the private sector, that's even better. Instead of thinking, in the federal budget, what we should cut, we should ask the opposite question, what should we keep?"

"Including disaster relief, though?" debate moderator John King asked Romney.

"We cannot -- we cannot afford to do those things without jeopardizing the future for our kids," Romney replied. "It is simply immoral, in my view, for us to continue to rack up larger and larger debts and pass them on to our kids, knowing full well that we'll all be dead and gone before it's paid off. It makes no sense at all."

To say that we have no control over weather is silly, considering that we have been seeding clouds to cause rain for quite some time.

To further think that the government doesn't have some abilities that they may not share with the general public is kind of naive.

Having said that, I don't believe for a minute that any entity is able to control a storm of this magnetude with any certainty that their control is absolute. Is it possible ? Maybe but, I don't think it's happening, yet.

I refuse to accept my tinfoil hat in this case.

Peace and comfort,

Michael
