Scanning craigs I seem to repeatedly find ads like:
Experienced dom seeks sub-48
Slave for mistress-48
Right beside each other with similar verbage & by all appearance the same person. My question is why? Is this "just want to be invited to the party syndrome" or something else?

This guy just wants to get laid, doesn't care how. Just wants some action. Figures it's doubling his chances to list either side of the coin. That's my take anyway...

Perhaps they are a switch and either don't know the label themselves or don't feel like explaining it and feel doing ads as both a dom / slave are easier for them.

I'm leanin towards agreeing with lizi

Switch at least in my experience is you feel one way or another. Advertising for both appears to be a guy thing

there are plenty of guys that have multiple accounts all over the place claiming to be different people. there are loads on here. i know because i have a habit of hiding people i don't like the look of on the other side so i won't see them again when i login. a couple have had more than a handfull of profiles that i've had to hide.

personally, were i to be looking for someone, knowing a guy had serveral different accounts....not just different names on different sites as my nic here is different to elsewhere because my other was already taken here......all claiming to be a different person would flag up warning alarms for me. it's smacks of dishonesty and someone not to be trusted. in something like this where trust has to be a huge part of things i wouldn't touch them at all.

let them get on with it. it's a shame if someone falls for it, and gets hurt though. it's more of a shame that the person doing it can't just be honest in the first place.

Didn't fall for this. Did get disappointed recently by "I'm a sub" talked for hours that flaked & blocked email day we were supposed to meet...but such is hunting unicorns!
