Hi Sorry if im posting this in the wrong place. I have been a member on collarme for several years however my girlfriend is wanting to now create a joint profile for both of us. We tried to set one up a few days ago and was suprised to see we had received no views or messages. When i clicked on the profile while logged in as myself I receive a message saying 'profile cannot be found'. Please can anyone advise if there is away around it as we only own the one laptop so would be logging into both accounts from the same laptop. We would appreciate any help from members or admins. thanks

Click on Edit Profile and make sure to click on View Profile at the top. (You may have mistakenly clicked on Hide Profile.)

your best bet is to scroll right to the bottom of the page. Across the bottom are links in blue. Click on 'support' and let them know of the problem.

Anyone else help me with this, the support staff couldnt help me and i really could do with some help. thanks

All the tools have been handed to you. If admins can't help connection between chair & keyboard is faulty. Might need replacing. If all else fails tell them you have a fatal ID-10-T error & need them to set it up for you
