for the best pizza in Colorado, you'd pretty much have to bring it in from Brooklyn.

Pffft. The Idaho Springs location doesn't offer the buffet.

Idaho Springs, easily.

But Old C's, if you've completed your World Beer Tour, and get the discount. The big one, not the downtown one.

Ok beer tour & thick crust...damn you guys really are sadists!!! Have been gluten (flour) free 2 years & you guys bring up my favorite things. Just chain me up & wave eggplant parm under my nose, less cruel!!!

Tried NY pizza, not worth the stomach cramps

With all due respect, the East Coast is not the only place in the world. We have an entire West here out west. I'll match a Beau Jo's against anything NY can throw at us. And prices out here are more reasonable.

Rose, most Beau Jo's items are available gluten free.

Where, LaT? If it's as good as you say, I'd be willing to drive from the Springs to Salida for a damned good pizza.

BTW, I just perved your profile, and allow me to say you are stunningly beautiful, with a most magnificient smile, that says much about you and your sense of humor. Great picture, my dear!

Stevan I have had their GF crust...it sucks!!! Haven't been since they switched to Udis crust. Catch is if I'm using the same dry $5 crust I have at home, not worth $20 for a personal sized pizza. Even worse when friends are having the super yummy thick crust & beer!
Not a bad thing pizza, beer, baked goods & chinese food are out of my diet...just makes going out more of a challenge than its sometimes worth. Hard to feel dominant when less than 1/4 teaspoon of flour in your meal doubles you over for 4 days. not exactly domly being slave to a toilet HA!

Well, damn. So much for recommending something I haven't heard reviews of.

Yeah gluten free food is a lesson in almost good & kinda tastes like. Super expensive & tastes like cardboard in most cases. $7 for a tiny foot sized loaf of bread. $20 for a personal pizza on thin rice cracker crust. Those places that will accomidate charge extra or safe food is salad or burger with no bun.
Have gotten used to mexican food being the group go out so I can eat. Pork chops, grilled chicken or steak & salad being dinner.
Its hard "joining in" & being the I'll just have a salad no croutons, dressing on the side girl
