Hi. I'm a dominant woman and fairly new to CM. I'm getting at least 3 messages a day from guys that go something like this: "I live 3 thousand miles away, but I'm moving to your home town ANY MINUTE NOW....." What's up with this? What game are these guys playing? I don't get it.

They want somebody on the net to talk about kinky stuff with, but can't *possibly* be asked to meet before their "moving" date. They figure if they make the friendly approach (because who wouldn't be friendly to someone moving to the area) they are in and the cyber sex will be on the agenda in no time.

I give them the contact info for the local munch and tell them that I'll be glad to say hello when they arrive in PERSON. It never fails.

There's a male dom here that it's his standard MO. He told a friend of mine he was moving to Chicago (where she lives).They talked for several weeks. He gave her a flight number, never showed, and blocked her. I looked at his profile and he contacted me saying he was moving to San Diego.

I don't know about those folks but I personally am in an aluminum tube easily 6 days a month.

He's apparently done it to others too. I saw someone had posted the same thing on another site about him.

I do the same with male Doms and get the same result.

I've been corresponding, playing, sessioning, and shooting, with guys for 10 years, and the number of fakes is absurd, I ignore most messages because I've become very good at figuring out who's real and who isn't, but I'm sure I'm wrong on a few guys. However if you are one of those real guys and are upset because no one ever writes you back, you have no one to blame but all those men, out there, that have fucked things up for the 'real' people! If only I had a nickle for every wasted email over the years!!!

Here is what a man who is ... somewhat ... geographicaly mobile ... will do ...

Interact with you via email and later phone.

Then, offer to travel to you to meet ...

and go from there ...

But there are far more fakes than "geographically mobile" in this world. And most are using the computer for "wank fodder"!

And to be honest ... travelling to meet is as much of much of a "crap shoot" as meeting someone just down the street.

Most often ... it does not work.

Yes, I get the e-mails too. The ones from boys several states away and the "coming into your town" guys. As stated before they are throwing "e-mails" everywhere hoping one "sticks". I generally just go with the reply feature "too far" and if I keep getting them from the same guy, i simply bock him. For the coming into town guys, if they are polite, I'll send names of some good restaurants in town. Why? I'm Southern and well...we are just like that down here.

Most of them are lies.

I met the same thing in fetlife, a slave just messaged me said he was going to move in here, I found he was weird so I contacted the mistress who left messages on his wall. He was fake as I thought, he told another mistress he was going to move there as well.

But another one was true, a master contacted me before he moved in here, and we met in munch. He asked me about BDSM in here, he really cares about the things in here because he is going to live in here, not just want to talk about kinky stuff, he will ask how to contact people and be a part of it.

I've had 12 slaves, all of them from different countries. Some had already lived in here they contacted me, some said they would travel to here. And they showed up, in my experience, if they said it was business trip it could be true. Some slaves came here for wedding, travel or business trip.

If they say they are going to visit you, they won't ask too much about local stuff. But if they are going to live in here, they should be curious about it.

And if they say they will visit you but can not give you a clear date at all, it is okay to consider if you should ignore them.
