Whatever juice that you like. Pom juice is healthy. What you want is a juice without a lot of added sugar. Add juice and seltzer until you have a mix you like. Start with a couple tablespoons of each and adjust from their. That way you still have plenty of room in the glass.

The more water and less juice, the better. I like lemon or lime juice because it takes very little to get the taste.
