Merc n beth hit it right on, though to be fair the effort really must be two ways. An extremely creative Dominant would quickly become frustrated if all the time he tried something new, and the sub/slave just shrugged and said ho hum. Ds and Ms relationships, while different in some ways to Vanilla relationships, are still relationships - for things to work, work must be on both sides of the table. Rest assured, as those who attest here, and countless others, are looking for exactly what you are looking for (myself included.) Having said that, while I would love a 'lifetime' relationship, it's like building the pyramids - it happens one block at a time, and doesn't happen overnight. I figure if I can make it through the week with a woman, then I have a better chance of making it through the month, year, decade, etc. Stephan

HOWEVER there have been many online whom are not actually Masters but simply live the fantasy of such or think they are but are not that tend to come off ans a ass hole and it sounds like you ran into a few LOL...... It takes many many years for a Master to develop a love for a posession and that posession has to have proven their selfs in order to gain such admiration from a Master and your thought that love and honor should come BEFOR commitment in a slave type relationship is well to say the least putting the buggy befor the horse. JMO
