I'm going to be (where you live/Tucson) on the following date...." -Period = "Wanna risk your life meeting me near where you live on the following date and at least fuck if not get mutilated and/or murdered?" That's an introduction so often. But really? I'm naive and silly and of course it means that, right?

I get those types of letters all the time, a couple times a week. I find them ridiculous. Like I need to meet someone from out of town that I'll never see again, and is almost surely married, to get some action. I just tell them I'll find a penis locally if I need one, or use my vibrator. The guys asking get offended often and tell me I'm really missing out on something amazing and special....lol. I often wonder if anyone takes them up on it.

I doubt many of these people actually intend you any harm, but it does show a certain cluelessness about women's safety concerns. I don't think they're thinking any further than 'great I'm away in a hotel for the night, no wife around, best message every woman in that area to maximise my chances of getting laid'. I generally get a variation on this, something to the effect of 'I'm in town on Friday, will your Master loan you out to me?'. Which is amusing since I don't even list a town. I wonder if I said 'sure, we're in the Outer Hebrides, see you Friday' whether anyone would travel that far for a shag.

I get them although for some reason on alt, not here. They are usually very nice Americans who are over in London on business and want dinner (and more) with a fairly bright pretty sub. I would never do it as I just do relationships and I'm very busy and it doesn't meet my own personal safety rules which is being with someone who cares for me, about whom I know a lot, who is stable and has as much to lose as I do and is experienced. The other one is men who say they know they can be trusted. It's a stupid comment which surely reveals they have a low IQ if they do not get the point as to why that's silly. Happens all the time.
