Hello all, I'm relatively new to this site but met someone who I thought was an ideal dom, sounded like a nice guy. I did a cam session for him, he didn't show his cam but I did and after we had finished he messaged me calling me a sissy faggot and saying he recorded our session (which I specifically asked him not to at the start of the session) and took pictures (which I also asked not to at the start of the session) and he's going to upload it to a website. I have a legal statement in my profile description saying the use of my pictures and cam is not allowed, whether that does any good or not I don't know. Could someone please help me out, due to the personal nature of the content I assume he has, I'm extremely worried.

there's no way to tell whether he recorded it or not. for future reference, don't do anything on cam for a complete stranger that you don't want recorded. legal statements don't mean anything to the people who just want a free peep show.

Don't do something on cam that you wouldn't want your mom to see. Chalk it up to a lesson learned and move on. He is probably just being an ass, with no intent of showing it to anyone, and if he is gonna show it to someone, you can't change that now. You might have a case if you ever do see it posted on a website, but, I wouldn't bet the farm on that either.

Unfortunately, such statements and disclaimers are meaningless. There's not a whole lot you can do about it at this point except to be careful in the future regarding who you send such material to or do cam sessions with.

I agree with the others. The only hope you'd have at this point is that if he did put them on a website, you could send a cease and desist to the website and/or host provider saying that you did not agree to the photos and there is no signed model agreement.

1. You screwed up. 2. The legal warnings don't mean squat. 3. Tell him that, the minute he uploads the pics/video, you'll be able to track it back to his IP address and file charges. Totally bullshit threat, but he won't know. 4. Block him soon.

If he did record it or take pictures and posts them on a website you can send a dmca notice and have them taken down. This is one of the risks of doing webcam sessions.

I disagree with this. There's zero reason to have any further contact with him. Threatening or antagonizing him is just going to give him the response he's looking for. Block him and ignore him.

How can any site help you when you walked into a situation ignorant and got yourself into what could be a mess? Shall they play online cop? Be aware, know the dangers and if you don't before you take the risk and think that a paragraph is going to protect you... you may need the lesson this hopefully has taught you. When I was nineteen, someone wanted to blackmail me. I suggest you do what I did. Call their bluff. If it isn't a bluff, be armed with legal grounds for which a web site shouldn't be helping you with, but law enforcement. Blackmail is unlawful as far as I know. You get exposed... well, you did do this. Fight back, ignore the person and when or if they do something stupid because you won't pay... call authorities... they will take care of the rest. I doubt they will go to that point. They just want the scared suckers to pay up... do you really think they are going to expose themselves to criminal charges? Nope... they can find too many horny people with a lack of blood and oxygen flowing through their brain that will pay up. Be smarter than the bad guys or pay one way or another.

Don't do cam if you don't want it exposed.. don't put yourself in that position.

so it looks like he's not gonna do anything with the footage he has/ if he even has any. phew close call, had me worried. Definitely learned a lesson from this and hopefully other will too if they see it. Going to close my account, that was way too close for comfort, thank you for all your help and advice!

Hire a lawyer to find out what your rights are. You made a mistake. Unfortunately if you are serious about this - then its going to go legal, and that my friend costs a lot of money. In the future, dont do it again.

Ask him if he's really really sure you are of legal age. If he wants to take that chance to go ahead and take the consequences, and you'll notify who you need to notify.
