Greedy - I don't believe they do! Well in many summers of seeing them or picking them up I never got bitten. Thank you Aries! There are a distinct lack of ANY kind of bugs here in California. I spent last winter here for Christmas... a cold Christmas is still a concept to get use to!

LOL Kit! With the seemingly infinite number of poisonous beasties and creepies that are native to Australia, I don't think I can be blamed for assuming that this was another one ;) Happy to hear that something so lovely ISN'T hazardous to ones health!!

A "Christmas Beetle" [;)] -Aries Greddy, As far as I know they can't hurt you, but they do have tickley feet.
