I am having an issue with my profile on the other side.

This morning when I went to log into the other side, my profile was gone. Poof. Without a word. To my knowledge I have not violated the TOS.

I recreated my profile.

Logged in again several hours later. POOF! It was gone again.

I have contacted customer support on the other side, however it is becoming an ongoing issue and I have yet to get a response from customer support.

I have changed my password.
I have NEVER given my password to anyone.

I am not sure if it is being deleted by customer support for some violation that I am unaware of or if there is another issue. I would appreciate any help.

You may be wondering why no one has responded. For myself, I will not say why the Admins did what they did. Only they can tell you. We can come up with a million reasons why... but none of the users know for sure.

Oh I understand ONLY the admins can truly answer my question but since they haven't I thought I would post it as well.

Perhaps it was glitch on the otherside.

Perhaps I am unknowingly violating a part of the TOS.

I did look at it yesterday.. and... yeah... you did.

Allow me to amend that. In my opinion, I think you did.

if it makes you feel better, my profile was deleted. I figured it was yet another glorious bug... one of the many... that this site has (Really? so much downtime bringing in new features? Why not fix the existing ones). I posted my profile again (Fortunately I keep a copy of it on my computer), only to get an angry message from a moron admin saying that they deleted my profile twice now and not to post it again...

Clearly this site isn't just riddled with bugs, but incompetent mods too!

I asked for an apology for their screw up. At least when Fetlife screws up, they apologize and send a letter from John Baku, and the VP of Lovebit going out of their way to make things right and accept responsibility for the mistakes.
I can't wait for the excuses and BS the admins spew for their screw up.

Ah if that is the case then I would think that the mods would notify you so you can correct the violation.

I know on this side the one time I did get mod spanked I got a wonderful gold note.

ETA: Bound I know I am not the only one to have their profile deleted for unknown reasons from the other side. Perhaps that should be comforting but it's not. Again I would think if they are deleting profiles for a TOS violation they would notify you so you can correct the problem or not do it again.

I wouldn't just demand an apology.  I would demand a FULL REFUND as well.  Those bastards!
