Straight Talk now has home phone service with unlimited local and long distance calling throughout the US for $15/month. My father is seriously thinking about switching, but he asked me a question I don't know the answer to. Although this is home phone service, the signal comes from cell phone towers. He wants to know if he will be listed in the local phone book (he wants to be). If not automatically listed, can a person simply call and be added to the list for the phone book?

Perhaps this is a question better directed to the folks at Straight Talk or the company that prints the phone book?

I haven't had a home phone for over 15 years now. Call the phone company and ask them.
