The best way to meet someone here depends on what you want, really. Over here, people chat and exchange ideas about things in (or out of) the lifestyle. It's a good way to get to know more about who people are as they share their thoughts.
On the other side (CollarMe as opposed to CollarChat), there is a search function to help you look for the type of person you might be interested in, by age, location, height, weight etcetera.
