I actually do. I'm curious as to how that could work out, and I do know a lot of things would've been different for me, had I encountered someone of my current experience when I was that age. Note, though, that I'm not expecting anyone that age to prove interesting.

As do I. In my case it's because I love trying to understand the viewpoint of an 18 year old slave. Obviously, it's going to be vastly different than Carol who is 56 and has been in a relationship with me for 18 years now... married for 16 or so. I just enjoy understanding other people's viewpoints and age is just one way that a different viewpoint might arise.

For the past 3 years or so, somebody has been creating new accounts at the rate of about 1 per day. The accounts all share the following attributes:

Location: Toronto, Ontario (occasionally other major Canadian cities)
Age: 18
Sex: Female
Orientation: Bisexual, Submissive
Name: Always very feminine and/or vulnerable sounding, and often involving the word "young" or "4you".
Photos: At least 1, sometimes as many as 6. The girl is always a different girl but is always EXTREMELY petite (both short and stick-thin), cute, smiley, partially naked, and Caucasian. Usually, she appears no older than 14, sometimes as young as 11ish.
Profile: Blank.

Here's today's example, but there have been literally hundreds that I've seen. http://www.collarme.com/personals/v/1684124/details.htm

Clearly, there aren't hundreds (or thousands) of 18 year old bisexual girls in Toronto, who all look 13 or so, signing up for profiles here... at the rate of 1 per day. So somebody's putting up these fake profiles for some reason.

Why? I know that people use this site for shits and giggles, and create fake profiles for a laugh. But they tend to lose interest after a day or so. This person (or group) is extremely diligent and only seems to be getting more and more proficient at producing these fake photos all the time. It makes me wonder where they're getting all these clearly underaged photos.

Anyhow, why can't anything be done? Whether this is law enforcement attempting to entrap members who are attracted to the photos, or just some deranged idiot trying to scam people and waste their time, how does it benefit the site? Couldn't the person or group putting these up be IP blocked? I've programmed for, owned, ran, and adminned large websites and I know there are options. Is there simply no manpower available on this website to make necessary changes?

I realize starting this thread opens me up for comments like "you probably want all these girls" and so forth, but I'm willing to handle the insults if asking this question gets something done. I'm pretty sick of these blatantly fake profiles which at the very least are annoying and disruptive, and at the worst are working to entrap and punish members of the site. For the record, if you see profiles matching this description, just do what I do - report them for "scammer" or "underaged", block, hide, and move on.

Thanks.

It's a free site on the net. Anyone can join at any time.
Meaning, when the screen door is always open, flies gonna come in

chatterbox24 -> RE: what can be done about the huge number of jailbait profiles posted by law enforcement? (11/17/2012 6:37:40 AM)

I see profiles all the time that make me want to vomit, if i pay a bit of a attention to them. Pictures that totally gross me out, people who show their bodies and I think "Oh God you need to cover that shit up!" Mostly I just ignor them, and most I dont even notice anymore, but I am clicking to the forum. ANd what business is it of mine what other people decide to put on their profile, as long as they arent bothering me, I dont give a rats ass. This is a free site, and if you enjoy coming and participating I never really understand the bitching. You have a choice just to click off the profile.
Its like me being an arm chair jockey, and saying to someone who just got a package of food ready for the homeless. "well if i was doing that, I would have did this and this , and sent this" As I sit on my dead ass and do nothing. BUt Hell Im full of advice how they should do it!
Feel fortunate there is a gathering place where minds can mingle, educate, spar, and entertain FREE. Did I mention the word FREE???

This kind of forum is going to attract some nuts, and so therefore it will attract law enforcement too. ANd if you are practicing illegal activity, well they should be here if you ask me. Keep your nose clean and there will be nothing to worry about.

Aderious511 -> RE: what can be done about the huge number of jailbait profiles posted by law enforcement? (11/17/2012 6:43:50 AM)

ALL slim and attractive teenage sub profiles on this entire site are fake. Not just the ones from Toronto.

mnottertail -> RE: what can be done about the huge number of jailbait profiles posted by law enforcement? (11/17/2012 6:46:33 AM)

So, Calgary is out as well?

And yes I know 3/4 of the site is bullshit, almost every profile is either fake or somebody just fooling around, and so forth.

True. And the site owners could change it overnight. How? By implementing a basic verification system. No real photo = no profile. Then CM would lose 98% of its under <30 yo, <200 lb. female sub profiles overnight. That's why they don't do it. They actually want to keep the fakes to make the site look better and mask the reality of what kinds of people actually engage in BDSM.

mnottertail -> RE: what can be done about the huge number of jailbait profiles posted by law enforcement? (11/17/2012 6:47:42 AM)

How is a photo real?

Precisely. Plus, as someone with an interest in the mental side of things, you'll probably agree that the prospect of the possibilities of a relatively clean canvas are enough to keep the mind busy for quite some time, even if one doesn't necessarily take things in any of the possible directions. What kind of wonderfully exotic constructs could one build in the time it takes for that 18 year old to turn 56?

Collarme gets some financial benefit out of all this ir they would find a way to deal with it.

mnottertail -> RE: what can be done about the huge number of jailbait profiles posted by law enforcement? (11/17/2012 6:54:18 AM)

Or like other net explosions with volunteer staff, they are overwhelmed, and don't have the resources to keep it under control.

Look at the number of shitbreathers posting on Faux Nuze or ABC or CBS or NBC or whatever comment sections, facebook, whereever anywhere on the net.

SimplyMichael -> RE: what can be done about the huge number of jailbait profiles posted by law enforcement? (11/17/2012 8:15:58 AM)

Require unique photos and use one of the many photo checking sites. All done with a keystroke.

mnottertail -> RE: what can be done about the huge number of jailbait profiles posted by law enforcement? (11/17/2012 8:20:39 AM)

how?  I do the photo checkin sites, and it is a fuck of alot more than a keystroke.   How many pics can you check in one hour?  I am awaiting the count if it is so easy fuckin peasy.  couple hundred?  Thats about 15 minutes of people making profiles here which they do 24/7

LadyPact -> RE: what can be done about the huge number of jailbait profiles posted by law enforcement? (11/17/2012 8:33:07 AM)

I tend to appreciate it when people from the forums use tineye or some other such thing to bust people with <cough> borrowed <cough> photos. Now, I'm not a computer guru, but it seems to Me that lots of folks are familiar with this technology and they can handle doing it on a singular basis. So, tell Me why this is any different than the advice that we give when telling people if, for any reason they don't like a profile, to hide it and move on? Granted, if a person is really thinking that someone is underage, if it were Me, I'd be writing a member of the staff, because I'm a real bitch about that subject.

Ok, except for folks who decide that I need to see their swinging Richard as a primary photo. Seriously, dude. Cover that thing up.

Cripes, then those Insex/kink models and porn gals I met were just a figment of my imagination?
Jiminy Crickets.
Now you people tell me. No before, but ex post facto.
Wonders why the credit card receipts from dinner seem to be valid though-the card company sure wanted their money.
And we won't even discuss the hotel, or the complaints from the staff-some mumbo jumbo about screaming from the room keeping the other guests awake

Indeed.

OP.....I am an adult. I am going to go out on a limb and suggest you are as well. Perhaps the hide function would work as well for you as it does for me. That being said......a year or so ago a profile from Colorado popped up on my radar that was so disgusting, and illegal, that hiding it just wasn't an option for me. It involved innocents. I proceeded to contact acquaintances in federal law enforcement and let them deal with it. After a few weeks the profile disappeared. I don't know what the result of that was, but I hope like hell the motherfuckers were dealt even a fraction of what I imagined doing to them.

freedomdwarf1 -> RE: what can be done about the huge number of jailbait profiles posted by law enforcement? (11/17/2012 9:35:17 AM)

There's one just like that for a UK location - it is (apparently) a 12yo girl that just wants friends to tie her up.

I've reported that profile (well, 3 of them) in the past 2 weeks alone.
Fortunately, Admin or the bots managed to delete the profiles but I bet they'll pop up again soon.

For those of us using the site for what it was designed for, the high number of 'fake' profiles is rather annoying to say the least.
CM isn't alone in this though - it's pretty rife amongst most of them that allow you to make a profile without having it manually 'approved' before it goes on show for other members.

One thing that does urk me though, is the number of profiles that have blatantly uploaded artwork when the uploading tool does explicitely tell you not to.
Some are nothing but artwork - not a genuine photo in sight!

But if you go through the picture browser and report a bunch of them, a member of Admin will bump you off the site and delete your profile rather than address the issue of those breaking the ToS.
It's a case of shoot the messenger rather than the offender.
So where's the justice? Huh??

Whether the site is free or not shouldn't stop Admin from ensuring the members adhere to the ToS that they publish.
Maybe I'm being too Utopian in that view [sm=beatdeadhorse.gif]

I think it means you are old enough to remember and/or have socialized with the folks from insex.com. Back then, the majority of profiles, photos and people were real because the internet was mostly being used by cool people. People with the advanced intellect required to comprehend the technology. Mostly sincere and passionate people that felt strongly enough about their kink to have dragged it with them into the technological frontier.
