And they wonder why they lost...what a waste of time and taxpayer money for theses idiots to pursue this....Goodby Walker, you will either be in jail or not re-elected if you sign crap like this....though the bill has no chance in the WS state senate..still you'd think they would have learned a thing or two last week..... Wisconsin Lawmakers Seek To Arrest Officials Who Implement Obamacare Rep. Chris Kapenga (R-Delafield) is one of the nine from Wisconsin who told the Campaign for Liberty he would back legislation to declare Obamacare illegal and allow police to arrest federal officials who take steps to implement it in Wisconsin. Under the health reform law, states that refuse to set up their own health insurance exchanges simply cede their control to the federal government, which will step in and set up an exchange for them. The Campaign for Liberty promotes a “tenther” vision of the Constitution that would allow conservative states to reject federal laws they disagree with, though Wisconsin is still required to follow federal laws like Obamacare. So these law makers are bitching about money, yet waste even more money with stupid groups like this. Gotta love the Tea Party mentality. Campaign for Liberty (also known as C4L) is a political organization founded by twelve-term United States Congressman Ron Paul.

Of course the willard people still think the only reason the lost in WS was because the SC of WI told them to follow the law... We’re looking at all different kinds of precincts and all sorts of same-day registrations and I know people will go “oh, we don’t have fraud and abuse in our elections,” but what can’t we have voter ID when the majority of the people in Wisconsin wanted it. We passed it. The governor signed it. Why should one judge in Dane County be able to hold it up There is a simple answer to Darling’s question about why voter ID cannot exist in Wisconsin — the state constitution does not allow it. Under the Wisconsin Constitution, “[e]very United States citizen age 18 or older who is a resident of an election district in this state is a qualified elector of that district,” regardless of whether or not they have an ID. But, more importantly, Darling’s suggestion that the only thing standing in between Romney and Wisconsin’s ten electoral votes was a law targeting the virtually non-existent problem of voter fraud at the polls is ridiculous. President Obama currently leads in Wisconsin by more than 200,000 votes. So Darling is suggesting that 200,000 people somehow managed to vote twice without anyone noticing — or perhaps that one person voted 200,001 times. Either one would require a conspiracy so massive it would make Fox Mulder blush.
