ORIGINAL: MyHazelLabyrinth I was a foolish duck today and last night, and drank just a "little" too much. This topic i think is what most people can relate to at some point. Cos we're all human, and sometimes do stupid things for the sake of the short term effects rather than focusing moreso on the long term effects. So i'm so far, trying to drink my weight in water. But what should i stay away from? In terms of liquids? and foods? and what foods would be a good idea? I've read that some say fatty, greasy foods. But i really want to be healthy on this. And not pump more crap into my body lol (= I'm asking here because i like talking to humans, and google has conflicting answers, and i reallllllllllly dont want to prolong how i'm feeling, if i can. Thanks for reading =D Alcohol basically extracts moisture from the body. The effect of this on the brain and stomach lining are the typical, headaches, lethargy, nausea, etc. This means that keeping hydrated before, during, and after counters those effects in most, along with having something in the stomach. Some other effective reliefs, high yeast products, and surprisingly oxygen. Those that can, marijuana is known to lessen the symptoms as well
