I was introduced to this idea lately and find it rather interesting. Anyone have experience with human pursuit-takedown-capture type play? Care to share? Looking for experiences and, heck, even fiction that focuses on the pursuit.

I used to write fantasy novels that involved this sort of thing, but it wasn't sexual, and often ended up with somebody (fictional) being dead.

Of course, if it was "to the pain" then more often than not, an element of erotica slipped in.

I heard of this being done in New Zealand, Auckland area, and being called a "sub hunt".

The Doms chase subs and after capture, get to session with the captured sub.

Reminds me of that serial killer in, I think Alaska, that would abduct women and let them out in the woods and then hunt them down and kill them. Blech. Finally got caught when one got away.

Never done it and no stories, but it sounds

Although I can see a fine line between it

I have always wanted to do this but on horseback. A proper hunt with fem Dommes and male subs!

You don't have to be in New Zealand for it. We have them in the USA, too. There's a group in LA that posts on these boards about their event and there are a few private ones. I think if a person would use the word "hunt" and My name as their search criteria, I've got a few posts out there about the subject.

Just be careful anyone deciding to do it with
paintball guns... I've gone paintballing a bit,
everytime the guy says, "keep your mask on,
it's 2 hours to the nearest hospital and driving
there with an eyeball hanging out wont be fun."[&o]

It's a bitch too... Those masks keep fogging up
on me, but beats losing an eyeball!
If it makes me sound more daring, I don't wear
a cup.[;)]

I think doing something like this sounds fun. Sort of like hide and seek, like ARIES83 said. The idea of running/hiding and then being chased down and captured by my Master is definitely exciting! Personally though, as soon as he caught me there'd be no resistance from me! Neither of us holds any interest in the idea of non-consent, or "play rape" type things.

Though, logistics-wise, it might be hard to find an area to do this in which we wouldn't be disturbing others. Also, I can easily see doing something like this being easily misunderstood by any witnesses, so it would need to be done somewhere without other people nearby. Definitely wouldn't want the police being called because someone thought there was something awful going on!

Yes. The old stuff is really rather comfortable.

I think it's a fun fantasy but I can't think of a way to make it practical.

In the UK we don't have much wilderness really, so there'd not be many places you could do this without frightening a hiker. And then what if one of you got injured out running through the woods and the other couldn't find you.

It would be interesting to try though since I'm pretty sure I could outrun him. Strength-wise he'd have no problems overpowering me, but cardio and agility I'd have a good shot of actually escaping. And where's the fun in that?

The closest I have come to this was when I was dating a detective. If he wanted to get in touch with me when I wasn't home (this was before cell phones) I might find myself pulled over by a sheriff who gave me a message to call Jim.
I will say that the anxiety was a bit thrilling for the short term.

I can't see it doing anything for me.

If Master said he wanted to chase me down I would probably just lie on the ground and play dead and just wait for him to take me away lol.

The closest I came to this was a weekend with a former partner (who was also my dominant), where we and another two D/s couple were sharing a holiday home in Wales. We subs were basically stripped and told to hide in this old house. The doms went out for an hour or so and when they came back they picked up floggers and had three collars each.

Sort of a hide and seek kind of deal. The last sub to be found and collared was allowed the night off. We other two subs ended up serving the dominant who caught us.

I must admit though the idea of this happening in a wider space is something that has always interested me. You wouldn't actually need an awful lot of room, perhaps just a couple of dozen acres as long as there was adequate cover from trees, bushes, and enough nooks and crannies in the buildings. That said maybe you'd need to limit the number of participants.
