I'll not say a lot of stuff, there's good advice from the others who have welcomed you already.
You write you're "just a normal boy". Does this mean you're living, dressing, and behaving the way ordinary 26-year old boys do? - By 'normal' do you mean you've never been in a homosexual relationship?
Maybe we should simply ask you how you know that you'll get a better life if you transition to female and become someone's slave?
I'm asking because both of these things are permanent and deeply life changing. A 'just normal 26 year old boy' can't really have had a chance to test any of this - not if he is normal, that is. - This is one reason why people ask you to provide more detail about yourself.

You mean "guy moves in, gets surgery, and then disappears"-kinda red flags?
Here's my take on this:
Sure, I can see the red flag signs, but we don't know. He could've phrased his post differently, in a manner that didn't have any 'red flag' signature, and yet be someone who's out to con another person into giving him free surgery. Fact is most people who's motivations are purely self serving probably do not show any red flags in their posts, and we simply have no way of knowing people's true intentions based on a few lines (unless they clearly state that "I wanna get a free ride/milk your bank account" i.e., which would be absurd).
So whereas I notice the red flags signs, I don't initially act as if the case has already been decided....And I'm not saying you do either. I'm just responding to a serious subject that I think deserves some special attention.
After all, someone who becomes interested in wennabebimbo will most likely take their time and put an extra effort into getting to know her well before they venture into any kind of relationship - let alone a binding one. That is the sensible way to go about something with such serious implications as finding a 24/7 slave or master/mistress, and the same level of caution should be applied in all cases, not just where red flags happen to be apparent in the first post placed by a potential slave.
